Uthai-Thani’s

Mr. Prapas Pinvises, ( CMO Agro-On (Thailand) ) attended the meeting with the farmers at Uthai-Thani Province, the meeting was conducted as “Training Program under the concept of Sufficiency Economy and organized by Agriculture Division of Uthai-Thani Province”. Mr. Prapas gave a short presentation to promote Agro-On (Thailand)’s baby corn and mango market with over all pictures of the world situation for both products to the farmers and also introduced the company staff during the meeting. There are about 300 farmers attend the meeting.

Uthai-Thani’s farm arena is one of Agro-On (Thailand) major contact farming.

KTB SME Market Day

Mr. Prapas Pinvises, COO of Agro-On (Thailand) joined the opening ceremony of KTB SME Market Day at the head office of Krungthai Bank, Sukhumvit Road, July 25 to 29, 2011. The event is to promote the Thai innovative products for exported.

March 18, 2511, Mr. Thienchai Pinvises, CEO of Agro-On (Thailand) had signed a joined venture contract with Mr. Daniel Gaefke, Director of Prime Agri Energy Co.,Ltd. (PAE) for the Biogas Power Project .

June 2, Mr. Daniel Gaefke (far left from the picture) announced the signing of Engineering, Procurement and Construction contracts with TOPEC W2E b.v. and Annex Power Ltd. for a 1.56 MW Biogas project to be located in Phayao Province, Thailand. The project will use the latest technology from the Netherlands and Germany to turn wastewater and solid waste from the sweet corn and baby corn processing
plant of Agro-On (Thailand) Payao Factory into electricity for sales into the national grid. This project fully supported Thailand's drive to increase energy production from renewable sources as well as reducing waste and providing jobs to the local community.

The project is expected to start construction in the 3rd. Quarter of 2011 and be commissioned in the 2nd. of 2012)

January 10, 2011, Agro-On (Thailand) Payao Factory received an achievement award under the category of middle size business sector in the Northern Region from the project “TO BE NUMBER ONE”, whose Princess Ubolratana Rajakanya as the chairperson of the project. The company will be the representative of Payao Province and Northern Region to compete in the nationwide final round of the project in Bangkok in the middle of the year.

Khun Prapas Pinvises, CMO of Agro-On (Thailand) and as president of KTB-MMS Class 4 joined with Khun Prasit Wasupath, Executive Vice President and Director of Northern and North-Eastern Region BC Sector, Khun Suwat Dendomrongkul, First Vice President & Manager Central Region BC Dept, together with Khun Vachira Pongpattananon, Khun Jomtrai Boonnak, and Khun Chinnavach Phoothong from Krung Thai Bank donated lifesaving aid together with our company products to hundreds of effected families from the flood in Ayudhaya Province. The mission was taken in November 10th. at Ayothaya Minicipality, Ayudhaya.

In October 20th. Staff of Agro-On (Thailand) Co., Ltd. and Agronegar Co., Ltd. our sister company leading by General Manager / Chief Administrative Officer Tippawan Luechar, with the company staff joined together to donate one full truck load of drinking water and a sum of Baht. 7,425.00 in cash through Channel 3 News Family. The mission is for the flood victims. Our cheerful staff also served our healthy drink “Corn Cider” to all the participants and Channel 3 staff.
